I lived in Brighton for a year while doing a professional placement as part of my degree and found Brighton to be quite photographic. I took many photos in and around Brighton including a black and white study of the more history buildings. The Grand hotel built in the Victorian era as a luxury hotel was of course bombed in the early 80's by the IRA and then restored to the state in the picture. I liked the repeating theme of the hotel floors with the eleborate design of the black wrought iron railings.
