Historic Orchards of Fruita~Capital Reef

This is such a lovely place and a great bonus is the orchards are open from June through October for public harvesting. You can go right in, pick from a tree and eat to your hearts content, for free! You only pay if you take it off the property. Seems like a great way to spend a fall afternoon with a picnic here. A great place to take the family camping.
