Thanks for stopping by and for your interest in my online portfolio. My name is Rick Gomez, or just Ricky if you wish. I currently still live in Miami, Florida where I was born and raised. I did have a wonderful opportunity to live in Colorado Springs, Colorado from 1995 to late 1998... Any career opportunities to get me back in that area (especially in photography) and beleive me, I'm there.
I have dabbled in photography since I was a kid in the fifth grade, but have only gotten serious about it in recent years. As a wildlife educator and enthusiast, I try to incorporate my passion (nature) with my photography. Working with many different species of exotic and domestic animals has given me a deep understanding of animal behavior, which helps me to get close to my subjects (or my subjects close to me). I only rarely shoot people and man-made objects.
If anyone is interested in prints for your home or office, or digital downloads for commercial use, please feel free to visit my site, where you will have many options to choose from...
