I fell in love with photography as a child while visiting, of all places, Disney World's Animal Kingdom. I have always loved animals but detest zoos for their unnatural and often circus-like approach to presenting them. The viewfinder was my escape from the crowds, the trash, and the fences - if only momentarily. I now venture outside the World of Disney intent on capturing the places, things and moments that draw my eye to the viewfinder. I continue to see my photography as a means to a basic and satisfying human experience.
