Gunnar has a lifelong and serious passion for birding as such - but increasingly so as a writer and photographer.
He is a part-time photographer specializing in birds, but still tries to cover most other aspects of nature. Landscape is a second favorite.
Lives in SE-Norway, but also travels extensively through the rest of Europe, USA and (more occasionally)to the far east (esp. India).
His images have been used in several scientific
publications, books, brochures, calendars, etc..
Has recently converted to digital.
