Michael Wade is a 20+ year veteran photographer from Tennessee who was originally trained in photojournalism. He has worked in the newspaper industry as a writer, editor and photographer.
Despite his many careers and accomplishments, Michael will be the first to tell you that his first love is photography. Michael and his family spend countless hours each year on photo trips to shoot nature and travel shots.
He is a Nikon fan and shoots mostly with a D-50 for nature and D-80 for other subjects. He prefers Tamron lenses and uses a Tamron 70-300mm for most nature work.
Michael and his wife Cindy have 4 children including Sierra ( 12 ) who now does her own photos and they reside in upper East Tennessee.
