My name is Morgan Casey and I'm a freelance nature photographer based in N.H. Since I can remember, I have always been interested in wildlife and flowers. I'm fascinated with the nuances of color and texture and the anticipation of knowing every new year is unique unto itself, never knowing what one might see, or uncover. I am constantly amazed at the splendor nature illustrates in each season. For me, the beauty of a tiny element of a flower, a splash of color in a water drop, or even a comical scene with the most common of creatures, is as powerful as the landscape around it.
As a music composer/songwriter, I have always found the natural landscape to be the best environment to inspire and write. Over the past years, I would often find my time away from writing, spent outdoors, especially with flora photography and as the years passed on, my enthusiasm and interest with nature grew. My first serious understanding of working with a camera came while studying for my Art/Graphic Design major at Keene State College (NH) and moved to digital a few years later. In 2010, I seriously pursued the completion of my first portfolio.
