I am an amatuer photographer living in the small, West Central Alabama town of Demopolis. From the time I was old enough to go on walks by myself, I have loved being outdoors, just going anywhere my feet could take me and looking around at all the wonderful things in nature. I have a grandmother and aunt who also enjoy photography. The introduction of the digital camera brought me into photography full scale. I enjoy the many benefits of digital cameras and those benefits have increased my desire to pursue photography. I have recently branched out into photographing historically significant architecture. I am still new to photography - going on 3 years now - so there is still much to learn. Having a career in computers only leaves early mornings, afternoons and weekends to work on my photography. I believe that being a professional photographer would be the ultimate occupation - vacations become business trips.
