I live, primarily, in Seattle. I enjoy traveling (so who doesn't?). My most recent excursion was to several countries of South America. I do lots of photography: street scenes, portraiture, landscapes, macro, flora and fine art.
My tastes are eclectic. But my overriding thought is that we are alive on a phenomenal, miraculous planet. I doubt there is anything like it in the Infinite Universe. While I am able, I want to keep recognizing the extraordinary privilege of being here. The camera is my recording and artistic tool.
Recently I have become interested in tiny things: macro. But having said that, everything else grabs me at the same time.
I like pure, this-is-like-it-is images. But I also enjoy creating with the the s/w programs (ie, PhotoShop, etc.).
