I came to the United States in 1983 and am living in Up State NY since 1985. Here I became a co-founder of a religious community for nuns.
I am a self taught amateur and started seriously to be interested in photography since 2006.
Faszinated by the tonal interplay of colour and form, most of my inspiration comes from nature.
My photos are not the great landscapes,but rather glimpses of nature. A simple leaf,a reflection ... nature in it's simpliest form. A world of washes of colour, texture and shape. The blending of the naturalistic and the abstract.
