I am a nature and travel photographer from the UK, with a particular enjoyment of avian and macro photography.
I recently obtained a certificate in Natural Sciences and I carry out volunteer work for the RSPB in the form of bird surveys. Unfortunately I work in an office during the week but I hope for the privilege of being a full time photographer one day!
I have had my images published by various markets including books, magazines and newspapers.
I turned digital two and a half years ago and have not looked back. I shoot with a Canon EOS 20D system. I do not usually manipulate my work other than basic adjustments. Sometimes I will clone out small and distracting parts of a picture such as an unwanted twig etc but I never carry out extensive alterations or change the scene to something unrealistic.
I believe that everyone has a huge responsibility to take care of the planet, even if we each only do a little when we can.
Thanks for taking an interest in my work, I hope that you have enjoyed my images. Licensing of these images, plus many more, is available 24/7 via
