Growing up with the Mississippi River at the front door and the swamps of Lake Des Allemands out back, I spent my youth hunting, fishing and exploring the outdoors. In my early twenties I put down the gun and picked up a camera. During midlife, photography took a back seat to other activities, but recently my interest in nature photography has resurfaced stronger than ever.
