I am based in Leicestershire, UK and I run my own company specializing in commercial and wedding photography. I have been pasionate for wildlife and wildplaces since childhood and was inspired by my Grandads tales of his close encounters with wild animals especially big cats. I first started doing photography when I was Eighteen and for the past Fifteen years have travelled to many places on earth in search of images. Recently I have been travelling to Scandanavia, I love the subjects and the light is just wonderful at times. Most of my best work is achieved in the UK especially around my local area where I can spend the time and work on long term projects, as I beleive this is how you produce unique pictures. My favourite destination is the Shetland Isles, if the weather conditions are right it is a wonderful place for wildlife photography. I am constantly searching for new images and I am already looking forward to my next close encounter with the natural world.
