Final Snow Crystal (Flake)

I thought to offer one more image from this year's project for snowflakes. The project has ended for this year as attention has turned to preparation for the Spring. The color occured due to the light and length of exposure (some over 20 sec). I have found over the years a sense of wonder at the patterns to be found with each of these little creations. The strange pattern at the top of the flake is actually another snow crystal showing through the larger one. They come in all sizes and shapes. Hope you have enjoyed these.
