About a month ago, I had the opportunity to visit this Oregon State Park for a few hours. Fall color was at its peak....and only a handful of visitors.

I can see three main lines here: the white waterfall and the two dark trees;they led the eye to the colorful leaves on bottom. Well balanced composition and right exposition.

I think what I like about this image is the vertical drop of the waterfall aligned with the 3 trees on the right. Makes me feel like I'm about to topple over into the gully. BUT...where is the HOM? Nicely done.

Beth - The HOM is the dirt foot trail that goes under the falls...another interesting perspective of the falls that I explored.

Duke, I like the parallels formed by the waterfall and the trees. Excellant exposure for this situation. That trail underneath does look cool.

One of my favorite places in Oregon. Beautiful fulls.
