PATHWAY TO ELOWAH FALLS

A tree lined path on the way to the falls. The detail in the original print is unbelievable. I like the lead of the path from the middle, and the framing of the trees.

Ned,

Did you move this image or did the moderators move it?

Hey Ned - I still like this image over here. I'm assuming you moved it? (I certainly didn't.) Anyway, you didn't have to move it... Sort of wondered where it went...

cheers,
Eric

I decided to move it to avoid any problems. Thanks for the comments. I did tone down the red a little, but in actuality the diffused light from above actually created this shade to some degree.

I really like the feeling of this image Ned. In fact, I can almost smell the forest when I look at it. This brings back lots of memories. Nicely done. Great placement of the path.

Thank you for the comments. This is one I'm going to print big.

This is one of the many reasons I love the Columbia River Gorge. No matter how many times I go, there is so much to explore and create with.

Ned,
You have captured the essence of a trail in the woods and that warm feeling of having the forest close to you as you walk along the trail. The curve in the trail is nice and leads to a turn that I want to continue venturing along to see more of this delightful forest.
