Thanks to the guys at PNWNP - I got some good advice on fixing some things about the image. This is a long exposure of two minutes taken at the Portland Japanese Gardens. There was nothing left really in terms of fall color so I had some fun with this. So don't be too hard on me ! I used a Vari-ND at 8 stops plus a 5 stop ND combined in the daytime
Thanks always for the comments and critiques

Canon 5D 17-40L Around 2 Minutes at f/22 Singh-Ray Vari-ND and a B&W ND combined and Singh-Ray Color Combo.

Almost surreal! Your creative use of filters really combined to make this a unique image. Very nice!

Wow! :jump:

I'm sure you'd prefer more detailed feedback but, Wow! :jump:

You've inspired me to do some long exposure experiments.

Outstanding image Kevin. Beautiful colors and I especially like the glass look of the pond.
Excellent exposure with the ND's. :toast:

I'm not sure what needed fixing before, but this is amazing. I really love the swirls in the pool and the colours are beautiful.

Looks like you squeezed out 100% from the scene. And the result is gorgeous.

Another wow from me! The water looks like marble - amazing. There must not have been much wind that day; the leaves are perfectly still for a two minute exposure...

I've been looking at that Singh-Ray Vari-ND. Putting it on my Christmas list for sure!

Geez! Great photography :toast: Does this have tiny yellow cast? It feels like you could back that off a touch.
