Absolutely stunning. Love the large drop with the clearer reflection. The detail is superb with a background that compliments the entire image. Very Very nice.

Another winner Doug. You sure got these web drops down to a science. Amazing that you can get them this sharp. These things seem to always be moving around even when there is no wind.

Thanks to everyone for your kind comments. I really have no secrets in producing these shots other than taking multiple exposures and combining them, either with layers in Photoshop Elements 4, or using Helicon Focus software. For this shot I only took 2 exposures, one focusing on the scene inside the large droplet, and the other one focused on the droplet edge. For droplets on grass blades I may take as many as 20 exposures, starting at the frontmost part of the image, and "slicing" my way back through the scene with subsequent exposures. Of course, a tripod and manual focusing are a necessity. This Canon and Tamron camera/lens combination is a modest one, but I find that it provides excellent sharpness.

Awesome idea and execution. I love the framing effect of the other droplets and reflection of the big drop in the middle. How did you manage to escape being in the reflection?
