Michael Gordon made this candid shot during our June Fun Hog expedition to the Tuolumne Meadows Sierra in Yosemite.
During this trip, Michael coined a new acronym: PAL, or Photo Adventure Loafing.

We did our best to explore the finer points of the intitial concept, and I am here to report that we suceeded!
All the best to all my friends here at NPN!

13 commentsNice location! Good shot of you by Michael. Nice to see you.
Yep, PAL is as good a 'cause' as any: Works for me!
John, I had to do the old 'hop-skip-jump' from stone to stone, and with my camera pack and tripod, no less. I think MG was secretly hoping that I'd fill my boots.
Marc: You're not the first who has said that I resemble 'Hulk'. Only trouble is, he's got bigger arms than me!
It's really nice to look at the photos of NPNers! I'd sure like to see more!
Best regards to All!

I can't believe where your backpack is! Are you kidding me? That is something I could/would never do! All my gear would surely end up in the drink... probably along with me. Good photo.
