Very cool. I am also always fascinated by what you find and how you turn it into an image. Well done.

Nice find Mike. Those red leaf veins against the dark green leaf is just spectacular. The dandelion seeds are a real bonus. :toast:

Sorry I can't say I found this as is, but I couldn't resist combining these two subjects.

Well Mike, it sounds like it's "naturally" occurring in your mind anyway! You have a wonderful creative gift to be able to "see" these compositions in your minds eye and then produce a stunning image that certainly could have existed in nature.

BTW, awesome image! :toast:

Mike -- Nicely composed and captured! The rich color of both the leaf itself and the red veins is great...dandelion seeds just add to the shot. And, by the way, nice article in OP! :toast: :toast:

Beautiful, Mike! Nothing wrong with setting up your subject. Look at Caponigro's images. I would love to photograph that leaf alone.

Mike,
Another Beauty! The red viens in that green leaf alone is lovely, then the addition of the white dandelions is icing on the cake, so to speak! :toast:

Thanks to all for comments, I should have titled this "fireworks", cause the white dandelions look like fireworks exploding.
