Snowy Owl
by KC Choo
Last Friday the sun appeared here and I was very happy to find the Snowy Owls still around Brunswick Point in B.C. Fellow camera club member, John Lowman, and I stayed until the sun went down. This was taken about 2 minutes before the sun set, and with the sun low, we found the Owl persistently half closing its eyes, but always keeping a wary eye on us as we approached ever so slowly closer. As soon as the sun disappeared, its eyes were much wider.
Thanks for looking, and suggestions welcomed.

It's all been said already, I know. But MAN, this is unreal. There's nothing about this shot that isn't perfect. I'd love to even see one of these birds this close!
Good shooting,

Congrats.
My only suggestion might be to have panned slightly to the left, so the bird isn't so close to the left side of the frame.
