A few of these are still hanging around. This was one of the better ones at the Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens. A 7 image focus stack.
I tried for something a little different on this. Instead of squeezing every last detail out, I tried for something soft and smooth with subtle details. I like the way it worked out. Please look at this large. It is far and away the best look at this or anyone's online posts.

Thanks for looking and any comments and critiques.

Phil, your stacking job is great as might be expected from you. No doubt it's a beautiful bloom with great detail throughout, but for me it's compositionally too centered and too close. I'd much prefer more of the surroundings, but then you already know my preferences. Maybe try this without the TC and bring up more light on the natural surroundings as an option?

That really pops Phil.  Excellent job on the color, detail and dark BG.
