The Avocets are in fill swing in Arizona. This pair gave us a nice angle in early morning light.

Kurt, this is as perfect as it gets. Soft light, great angle, unusual pose with the raised leg, water splashes, and creamy BG. This is a winner for NANPA, and others, for sure.

Gorgeous light and so0me really neat action, Kurt. The raised wings of the upper bird really make this composition work.

The action is inspiring as always, but I particularly like the glow of the brownish reflection. Makes for a wonderful atmosphere.
