From Ft Desoto Park in 2014. Don't recall what this guy was looking at. Full frame image.

Excellent, Bill. Good to see the E-5 is still working for you. Maybe a bit more room at the bottom for his virtua; feet?

Really nice detail in the Egret and I like the unique "looking up" pose a lot. The low pov also works well although I do miss the virtual feet.

Really nice light, detail, and pose in this Reddish Egret. The highlights in the water mirror the color of the bird.

Superb detail in the plumage, and I love the pose, Bill. If you're not averse to such shenanigans, you might want to add a touch of canvas on the left and top to give it just a bit more room.

Hey Bill,
Very unique and enjoyable image, and I like it as presented. You did an excellent job composing this comp in camera to be used as full frame. I will have to disagree with the "Virtual Feet" comments however, I don't know how long they think this Egret's leg may be but from the location of the knee, you have plenty of room at the bottom to see the foot if not standing in water.
Well done . . .
