Falling Water Falls in the Ozark National Forest. We photographed it yesterday on a cool but very bright day. Arkansas is famous for its many waterfalls, and spring is the time to visit them.  Canon EOS 5D Mark IV, Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM at 24mm, AV exposure f/16 at 1/4th second, ISO 40, 3-stop and graduated neutral density filters.

Charles, this scene looks like it has potential, unfortunately at the wrong angle of light. The framing with the trees in the FG is good, but the high contrast is really working against you. Would be better to see with the light behind you to get some detail in the trees.

Overall this is a fine, almost classic, landscape composition - the waterfall framed by trees on both sides. In this case the 'frame' is close and is also of fg interest. I would have been better without the fg bush. The difficulty with grad filters is that they darken everything in the darkened area, not just the sky. Here the tree trunks are darker at the top.
