Little Blue Heron

I found this Little Blue fishing from a post in a marsh behind the town of Cameron, when I photographed in the wetlands of south western Louisiana in February. Canon EOS 7D Mark II, Canon EF500mm f/4L IS II USM, manual exposure, f/8 at 1/640th, ISO 250.

I like the pose you caught it in. The colors and detail look good. I like the high key aspect, but would be tempted to remove the wires.

Sure looks like something has it's attention Chuck. I like the high-key look of this and the detail in the Heron looks good. As for the post and cable...it is what it is.
