Another in my Frostbite series. I considered using a polarizer to take some of the sheen off the leaf but decided I liked it as is. All comments welcome. Please view large.

The color spectrum here is great, Bill.  There's also lots of movement with the different colors and shapes.  I really like what the the green curl adds.  It would be interesting to see the polarizer's effect, but this looks great with a fine overall glisten.  Very well seen.

Bill, I've really enjoyed looking at your frostbite series and can picture them hung together on a large wall as a montage. The blue sheen adds interest but I can also imagine the more subdued image without the sheen equally attractive.   Very nice!

I agree with Mark. You have a unique ability to present a part of a subject, well composed and balanced, that firmly suggests a whole. Good stuff!
