Fall in New Hampshire 4

I'm getting toward the end of my photos from my fall trip to New Hampshire, but this is another from the Swift River. It was getting pretty dark when I took this one, but I liked the last bit of light coming down the river, and this section had very nice foliage.

I was excited, and a little surprised, to get a couple of recent Weekly Picks from this trip, so thanks for that! I look forward to any and all comments on this one.

Beautiful.  Lovely colors and I like the silkiness of the water.

There is a fine balance to your composition for me, Craig. The sense of gentle flow together with the anchoring rocks and all that complemented by the beautiful autumn foliage makes the image exceptional to my eye.

You certainly came away with some lovely images from your NH trip, Craig. This is one of those images that is thoroughly enjoyable and puts the viewer right there to enjoy the solitude of the rushing water and the colorful autumn foliage. Really peaceful scene.

Craig,

What a beautiful and calming autumn scenic.  At first I thought the original was a tad dark, but then I read your description and opened the larger view and it opens up beautifully.

No nits or suggestions what so ever.  Love this image.
