Rembrandt Rose

I took this with a D800 Nikon and a lensbaby.  ISO 400, speed 1/400, handheld.  Most likely the f stop was f 8 although the metadata does not reveal the f stop when I use a lensbaby.

I then added a texture , masking out most of the rose and then took the photo through Topaz Impressions, putting some mask on the rose in selected areas.

Comments and suggestions always appreciated.

Very moody rose picture.  I like the transition from smooth edge to sharp center.  The background works as well.  Very nice image.

Beautiful, soft and dreamy. Very romantic! No thorns imaginable! I love the colors and the dark green in the background works well.
