I was sitting in one of my favorite spots in Columbia yesterday sipping my morning coffee when I spied these three oak trunks against an old building.

Nikon D-7100
Nikkor 18-140mm @ 28mm
F-22 @ 1/2, ISO 125
TK's masks and some dodge/burn
Cropped a bit from the bottom

Please see the large version. Thanks!

Thanks for your comments on my previous image, and I would appreciate your comments on this one. cool

I like this a lot, Preston. It is a very understated image that invites contemplation and rewards it rather nicely. No suggestions here.

Indeed, this is Excellent Preston!  Great to see and compose this.  It's not too often you see the corner of a building, and the old wood siding looks great and makes for a great comp receding diagonally in the frame.

A LOT to like here.  Beautifully seen, captured and processed.
