Nubble Lightshow

My brother and I had low expectations as we drove from Acadia NP to York to photograph the lighthouse. The sky had been socked in with clouds all day and was still overcast when we arrived at the parking lot. We decided to make the best of the situation and got our gear out. within minutes the sky put on a glorious lightshow.
Cape Neddick Lighthouse, York, ME.

Stunning Michael. Color is amazing. Love that dark moody sea too. Great overall balance with the little light house looking out on the open ocean. Print big and hang.

It's a beautiful sky as well as a nicely bright lighthouse, Michael.  The entire scene is so inviting, that I can hear the gulls calling and the waves lapping.

Wonderful light all the way around, Michael, well done.  Been to the light numerous times, as yet to have nice light, will keep trying though.

Sweet image, Mike. We were due for some nice light as we have been witness to some blue bird skies on our last several visits. That was the perfect way to end our trip. cool
