I found out about NPN through a friend of mine. I was looking for a place to build a network, share ideas and to get critiques for my photos. My grandfather used to take me on photographic expeditions along the Potomac River in northern Virginia. He gave me a glimpse into a world I would never have noticed through the viewfinder of his Leica camera. One thing he taught me was to learn to use shadows to help the bright spots stand out. I was diagnosed with Parkinsons in 2014 and decided to retire to spend more time with my GC. Well it also has allowed me to spend time developing my skills in photography. My grandfather gave me the love photography hopefully I can pass that on to my grandchildren
"Parky" is just a shadow in my life and has helped the many bright spots stand out and I am grateful for this. Hopefully I'll be able to give as much as I can receive through this network. Thanks in advance for all the support. Carpe diem y'all and keep on Clickin

We look forward to your continuing participation!
Good to see you in person. No matter what health problems get in your way, you run right over them and don't let them mess with you. That's important and keep doing nature photography. Your photos are nice and its good to have you participating at NPN..........................Jim
I haven't called, because I STILL have the FLU! Coughing my head off!
See you soon.
