The Ridge

Folks,... Macro has been my doman for some time now. Once in a while when it rains heavy, the old and dry waterways come back to life. This is one such place in my macro land.
Please feel free to tell me the good bad and the ugly of this image..

Balan, this is a very unique point of view of a waterfall. I find it interesting.  You might experiment with cropping some of the rock from the bottom to place the water at a third of the way into the frame from the top.  I'm also wondering how it would look if you opened up the shadows a bit.

I like your macro land, Balan.  This is really cool.  A sort of out of the box take on a little waterfall.  I love it.  I would clone the two bright spots upper left above the water.  Well done.

It's interesting in that the falls seem to leaping up and over the barrier.

Feels to me like the falls are more of the subject than the ridge, though the brighter light on the ridge does bring more attention to it. I'm thinking more falls, less ridge in the composition.  A crop might work on this. Does seem to have a bit of yellow in the water, probably from the tannins dissolved in it.  Most of NH's falls have this appearance to some extent, so I often weigh removing or lessoning its appearance. Like the intimate view.
