Double-crested Cormorant drying its feathers.  I like the eye color of these birds.

ISO 320

Thanks for looking.  Comments and suggestions are appreciated.

Looks like he was posing nicely for you, Allen.  Love those wings spread, and the 3/4 view of him, with head turned slightly.  I also love the eyes on these birds.  Very nice.

Love that bright green evil eye Allen. This has a lot of nice elements to it. Nice perch, good detail and pose, and very nice BG.

Hi Allen
You did a great job with the detail in the wings.

A really nice look at this double crested Cormorant.  You are able to get close enough to really do a good job on the detail.  These birds are difficult to bring out detail because of the black plumage.  I like the pose and the wing position.

A very nice pose and head turn, Allen with a nicely aged post for a perch.  The blue eye really pops.
