Santa Fe Train Depot - Redlands, California.

I'm not sure if I'd posted this image on NPN before, if I have sorry for the repeat here. This is a grand old train depot located in downtown Redlands, Ca. that went inactive many years back now.

I've seen other Santa Fe Railroad Depots throughout the southwestern states over the years and they all were architectural wonders for their time back in the heyday of rail travel transportation. I'm sure many fell into disrepair or were maybe even destroyed. But, the City of Redlands did a nice job of preserving this location and it's fun to walk into the long main departure platform area and imagine those long ago days. This POV is from the main front entrance and was photographed predawn with the nighttime yellow halogen street lighting.

Thank you in advance for your C&C's and please review the LARGER version too.

I like the bold colors in this image.  Good use of the pre-dawn light.  Not sure about the streaks in the blue visible in the larger version.  TFS.
