This is the same Lesser Yellowlegs I photographed in Hammonasset Beach State Park, CT, on my last posting.  I used a mono pole for the shot and cropped it by 20% in a 4 by 3.  I adjusted the exposure, contrast, and clarity in Lightroom.

A very nice capture, Peter.  I like the pose and the placement better in this one.  One foot in the air is nice too as it provides a little extra detail and a sense of motion.  Good, sharp focus and a perfect exposure also.

A beautiful pose with the lifted leg and a great head turn, Peter.  Nice job on the exposure as well.  The bird looks just a bit soft to my eye in the larger version.
