On our latest trips these hornbills seemed to have developed a new tactic of running away, but this one did not move to quiclky!

Nice capture of this fellow., Ken The iridescent colors on the back are nice.

Just a general comment here. Today, I took the opportunity to look back through Ken's NPN images and enjoy his body of work. I don't think there is an NPN member who has been to as many places and photographed as many different species as Ken. The sheer number and diversity of his images is incredible. I would encourage everyone to look back at Ken's images. My hat's off to you Ken. I hope you keep traveling and keep sharing your images for a long time.

A nice over-the-shoulder head turn, Ken.  Excellent job on the exposure and saturation of the reds.

He gave you a nice head turn/eye contact pose.  Good detail in the blacks.  The OOF spot along the bottom of the frame is a minor nit.  Not certain if there is a good way to deal with it?
