Nice - this is one of your best so far. Interesting subjects in pretty good poses, and nice reflections.
The whites are a bit bright, and the greens a little "electric."
I'd also personally clone out all the blips in the water, as they are kind of distracting.

You had your VR off - with hand-holding, I'd suggest always having it on.

Nishand- I like this image a lot, but I feel some technical shortcomings are getting in the way. Try to recover the highlights, and I would brighten up the shadows a bit too; it appears too contrasty to me. The image looks a bit soft, and it doesn't seem to be from camera movement (the shutter speed should be fast enough), so I don't know what to say about that. Also, I would have opened up the aperture and reduced the ISO to eliminate some of the noise I see in the beak.

There is a lot to like about this composition.  Good action and a great reflection.  I agree the overly bright whites are a bit of a problem.

I love the pose and reflection of the forward bird, Nishand.  However the birds are overexposed quite a bit, which is easy to do against a dark background like that.  I notice you used +.3 EV.  For bright birds agains a dark background, you should probably be at about -1 EV or even a bit lower.

This is your best composition I've seen so far.  However I think there are some  issues with respect to exposure compensation and iso.  More than likely you could have taken this at iso 1250 and F 10 with a similar result in much less noise, especially by lowering the exposure compensation to one or zero.  You're getting there...

Interesting composition.  Agree the highlights seem blown in places and the bird not totally in focus, but still works well on some level.  Might be worthwhile to play around with creating a more blatantly abstract effect.
