Too narrow a depth of field for the subject. You could have upped the ISO to 400 to get the aperture to f/7—f/8 in aperture mode and gotten a much more inclusive DOF.

Nice image of the giraffe, IMHO your angle of view gives the impression of height. I like that you have a nice clean background, not always easy to do in a zoo setting. I also like the colors, could have a bit more DOF, but good as it is. Thanks for sharing.
