Almost a Dog

It has been a while since I posted a picture of my pup Badger. He's doing well and trying to keep up with the Newfs in the duck pond. He swims like a cinder block. Jenny gave him a bath last night and I was hoping to photograph him while he was still clean. Well, this morning he was in the duck pond and showed up at the back door covered in mud. I took this one after he was relatively dry. Almost a dog, but a 63 pound pup. Enjoy! 300 mm f4 (1/320 sec at f8.0, ISO 500) crop for comp, levels.........................Jim

I completely understand this picture. We have had gentle Rotties for more than 40 years now.

He is a beautiful puppy, Jim. I think this is a portrait to be proud of, and would look good framed and hung somewhere in your house. Wonderful expression captured here.
