Time for a Cheetah
by Ken Watkins
I certainly always have time for Cheetahs, especially as they are becoming increasingly rare.
This one is pictured having a long drink after a breakfast of young Gnu.
Taken in Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe.

The tongue-out pose is great...and definitely adds interest to the shot. This is purely a personal-preference thing, but I think I'd prefer just a tad more foreground shown (and with the subject just a bit higher in the frame). To me the image also feels just a bit "flat" - wondering if a slight bump in contrast would make it even more appealing? Just a thought...
Cheers...and thanks for sharing this one...

Brad I tried bumping the contrast and it worked!
Great catch - congrats on the WP!
