This crow like bird is only found in a narrow strip running from Uganda to the west coast of Africa. Whilst it is not a beauty it flies around in small flocks making a lot of noise.
I have no explanation for the differing eye colours.

Very cool birds, Ken.  I love those tail feathers.  Is the eye of the near bird the same in other frames?  It almost looks to me like it just has its nictitating membrane deployed.  Excellent job on the exposure.

Nice poses and detail.  Like the tail feathers.  The green ?tree in the left upper corner is a bit of an eye-drawer.

Interesting eye color. They certainly appear to be in the Corvid family. Nice exposure and good detail.

Thanks everybody for your comments, much appreciated.
I wondered about removing the bush, and now think I should have!
