Pollen & Purple

Canon EOS 7D Tamron 90mm Macro Lens
1/40 sec; f/16; ISO 640 (f/16 was intentional, thus requiring the 1/40)
Manual; Evaluative metering
LR5, PS6, removed some of the pollen, Topaz Details, Curves
I wanted the center(s) at all planes in focus, that's why I used f/16. The Tamron lens does really well with maintaining the true colors even at very slow shutter speeds. So when I saw how the images were looking I decided there was no reason to wait for a brighter day. I like dark images; most people don't; therefore I used Curves to brighten this one, even though I also liked it as it was.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
