Skyline Glance

Followed this buck and others in the herd for quite some time in Yellowstone this past September. He got used to me after awhile and pretty much ignored me, except for an occasional glance as in this image. Processed using Lightroom CC (2015) and Photoshop CC (2017) along with Light Craft's LightZone. Comments and critiques welcome.

Well composed and I like the head turn you managed to capture. Neat also that you were able to isolate him so well.

Fine portrait of a pronghorn buck.  My favorite hoofed mammal.  I also like the pose you caught this guy in.  My only nit would be the OOF plants sticking up behind him, a minor concern at that.  Thanks for sharing.

Gorgeous capture, Jerry! The detail is tack sharp, the exposure looks spot on, and the DOF is just lovely. No nits from me!

Hi Jerry,

I like the composition here, including the diagonal flow and the positioning of the subject. Of course, the head turn makes this one. I'm not in love with the light gray (dark white??) featureless background, but nothing you could have done anything differently during image capture would have solved that problem! enlightened

Thanks for sharing this one...
