Peoples thoughts on the brightness would be useful as I,ve been messing around with monitor settings.

Brightness looks fine on my tablet, John. If it looks different on my computer, I'll let you know. How they ever came to name the American Goldfinch that when it's so close to your Siskin, I don't understand. Sweet shot with the yellows just right.

Thanks both. Glad the brightness is OK - I can base things on that setting now. Dennis they certainly look like your Goldfinches.(Maybe they,re lost !!

Your pool images are always very nice and this one is no exception. This is a very colorful Siskin. We have Pine Siskin's in our neck of the woods but they are nowhere near as colorful as these.

Gotta love the birds along the water shots! I quite like this one. The yellow above the Siskin's eye looks a bit hot to me, but that could just be my monitor.
