Nest-Building w/re-post

The resident osprey pairs that live up the river are starting to build nests.
That means the migrating ones should be arriving soon. With luck, they will build their nest on the big rock right in front of us. Last year didn't work - we think the pair that tried to build a nest were inexperienced youngsters, because they chose the one spot on the rock that the wind would whip and tear the nest apart. They tried 3 times, then gave up.

I like this shot, the osprey isolated in flight against an empty sky really accentuates the bird. I like the fact that there is more to the story than just a bird in flight, carrying its nest building material tells a story. Focus and detail are good, I like the brilliance of the eye. I might consider a curves or levels adjustment to brighten the image just a little. Very nice shot.

Beautiful wingspan, Sandy and the nesting material is also a neat feature.  I like your choice of framing.  I'm on a laptop, though the monitor is theoretically calibrated, but there seems to be just a slight greenish cast on this machine.

A good behavioral image.  I think it's pretty neat that you have resident osprey in your area.  This seems a little desaturated  (on purpose?)  I do see the light greenish cast as noted by Dennis on my monitor which is well calibrated.  I also note that you have sharpening halos on this and some of your other recent images.  These are more noticeable in the enlargements of the smaller images and less noticeable in your larger more detailed image.

Ok, let's try this:
Green channel taken to  -100 3 successive times.

I hope we see them here soon as well. LOVE these birds. I also noticed the color cast and the halos. I don't think you can take the green channel down much further than -100 sad. You might try instead of moving the green channel down to play with the tint slider in LR. Move it to the right or magenta side about try +4 or 5 and see if that helps better. Seems to work for me. Hope it helps!
