Here's a shot I just finished processing from a trip to St. John, USVI in January. I appreciate any and all comments and critique!

4 exposures for dynamic range at f/16, ISO100
Processed with TK's masks, etc.

A really tough exposure whci you handled well. I would be tempted to try to brighten the darkest areas a little.

Craig,

Wonderful seaside landscape.  I love the ghosting water around the rocks in the foreground and the sunset sky is beautiful and dynamic.

I was going to agree with Skip about lightenting the dark areas... but then I opened the larger view.  (YET another example of how images are displayed differently between original and larger views.)  :-(

I think the larger view works quite well and the light/exposure is appropriate for the scene and time of day.

Well done! No nits or suggestions

Beautiful sky and nice scene from the land of warmth. No suggestions here, works nicely.

Craig, I think this works very nicely. You did a great job processing this one. The large version opens things up quite well. I love the ghostly water and the reflections.

The blending looks good, Craig.  You've held detail in the dark areas (best seen in the larger view) while getting some fine details in the sky.  The long sweep of the shore provides a great sense of depth and being there.

Very nice, Craig.  Love the sweep of the coastline and the exposure blends look very good.  The large view brings out the detail in the shadow areas and lightens the overall presentation.

Lovely sunset; it looks like you did a nice job with the blend. It opens nicely in the larger version. I love the sky here, and the graceful curve into the image is a wonderful lead. I always struggle with what to do with the spandrels of compositions like this in my own images, but the beach pebbles are a pretty good fill.

Very nice composition. I really like the leading line which is formed from the coast and leading to the sun. Nice job!
