Woman in Green

I took this photo in the Ladakh region of India. As is often seen in India, women are dressed in bright and beautifully colored garments, while the men are most often dressed in neutral tones. It's the reverse of the bird world. This woman's bright green shawl really stood out against the stone wall behind her. I also liked her pose and the character in her face. Taken with and Olympus E-M1 and 40-150 lens at 1/320, f/2.8 and ISO 400. Richard

Beautiful , lined, aged face... Wonderful image. The bright green shawl with the lady peeking out is, to me, quite dramatic.
