A bleak day outside the city library in Manchester. Trying to get the feel of the place on a cold day, after taking this high key I've added glow.
Canon 400D, 18-55 @ 18, 1/320 sec @ f8, ISO 800; processed in On One Photo Raw.

I really like this B&W. The use of high key and glow and the soft look of the image really makes it work. The branches are a little distracting, but not to much. good job.

When I saw the thumbnail my first thought was "snow". No, this is actually much better!! The high key+ glow work really well.
