The shapes, textures and colors that can be seen in icebergs are always a source of pleasure for me. Nikon D750 and 24-120 lens at f/11, 1/400 and Auto ISO 900. Cropped to pano. Richard

Please keep in mind that I'm on an uncalibrated work monitor. The bergs looks great, as does the reflection in the water. The clouds look very nice too but their color looks off to me. It might just be my monitor but the appear to have a magenta cast.

Bill: you're right about the cast. Here's a re-do minus the cast and thanks for noticing what I should have. Richard

This is the best of the iceberg images that you've made so far IMO. The added range in color is mostly responsible for the improvement. The tonal range is great as well, both in the water reflections and in the sky. The composition is good. An alternative would be to crop off some of the left and top and make this image more about the "mushroom" on the right (i.e. simplify it even more).

I find these images fascinating. I will probably never see them in person so I really appreciate your posting them. The repost looks much the same as the original to me. I agree with Igor, to crop some from the left, either to isolate the mushroom, or to eliminate the edge of the berg against the frame.

I agree with Igor. Fine image. I like the added drama in the sky to go with the form and color of the icebergs.

Interesting contrast between the iceberg and the sky.

Richard,
Wonderful capture! The clouds really top this off, but as mentioned it's that almost hidden "mushroom" that anchors the image. Color is great (nice work on the repost.)
The only minor suggestion is a very slight crop from the left to clean up the edge a little. Love the reflection, too bad there's not more of it. But this works very well as presented.

Fantastic icebergs. The color and texture is really nice. Like the others, the sky seems off to me, even in the repost, but that could just be my eyes.
Excellent job on getting this and getting the detail in the ice. Nice one, and I agree a crop might work, too.
